In May of 1946 LeBlance and Pascucci formed a partnership and moved the operations to Kenosha. A little History to clarify the production of these Clarinets.After WWII Le Blance befriended Vito Pascucci who had played with the Glen Miller band until Millers tragic death. The Clarinet was produced by LeBlance from France. The serial number is marked at the edge of a connection. The Clarinet is marked on two barrels Normandy 4 inside a shield.
